I cloth diaper my infant exclusively, and do my diaper laundry every two days. I'm always in search of naturally made and eco-friendly dyer balls during the winter time to help cut down on the amount of energy being used to dry diapers. I was introduced to Woolzies Drawer Balls by a fellow mamma blogger. I instantly became intrigued to learn that they are handmade from natural wool fibers, and decided to try them.
"Woolzies are pure handmade New Zealand wool dryer balls that soften your laundry naturally without any of the chemicals of conventional fabric softeners. Unlike the plastic dryer balls, they are PVC free and won't fall apart or melt on you. Woolzies save time and energy by cutting down on drying time by an average of 25% per load. They also help reduce static and wrinkles."
I recently received a box of Woolzies Dryer Balls from woolzies.com for review purposes. The box consists of six extra-large dryer balls that are handmade, light weight, free of chemicals, dense and compacted. I have used my dryer balls for three weeks, and I'm very impressed with the performances. I tested them on my cloth diapers, on the gentle cycled. My cloth diapers came out of the dryer quicker than expected, and they are feeling softer than before and non-static. I also like that they are non-fragrance and boost a natural appealing scent.
I truly love Woolzies Dryer Balls, and wish I had known about them from before. I would recommend these dryer balls to any family interested in saving energy, reducing drying time and using an all natural product.
